Shipping Methods Used by Trostoo:

  1. International and Domestic Shipments

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products listed at Trostoo are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas (Switzerland, Sweden, the United States, China, and the UK) to the address provided at checkout. Delivery usually takes around 5 to 7 days (on average, once posted), depending on your location. Dispatch occurs within 5 working days after payment confirmation in our system.

We will provide a tracking code so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress.

Important: In certain cases, this delivery time may extend a few extra business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond the shop’s control.

We guarantee your order will be delivered. We accept full responsibility and will issue a complete refund for any products that are lost or misdirected during transit. All items are shipped with insurance against loss and include free online tracking. Your delivery is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Insured Shipping

“If a product is delayed and not delivered within 45 working days of dispatch — excluding cases beyond the shop’s control — we will provide a 100% refund of the amount paid.”

Please note you may receive more than one parcel, as your items might be sent from different suppliers. If you receive one item first and then another, rest assured this is completely normal.

1.3. Order Tracking

Products are sent via Royal Mail or a standard UK courier. We will always provide a tracking code enabling you to follow the delivery progress. Trostoo is committed to guiding you on how to track your items. Once available, the tracking code will be sent to your email.

The tracking code is usually provided within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.

Please note that it may take 5 to 10 days for your tracking code to show shipping updates on the courier’s website.

2.1. Address Details

Trostoo will arrange shipment to the address you provide when placing your order. To avoid delays or other issues, please make sure you enter the correct address where you want your items delivered.

2.2. Recipient Not Present

Ensure someone is available at the address to receive your packages. The delivery service will typically make up to three attempts to deliver the items. If nobody is present to receive the parcel on all attempts, it may be held at a local depot, requiring you to collect it within a set timeframe (for example, 7 calendar days). If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the parcel.

All delivery attempts, as well as the address of the depot where the parcel can be retrieved, are recorded in the tracking details. You can check this information on the courier’s website using the tracking code we provided.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Trostoo cannot be held responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address details. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel will be returned to us. No further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not completed due to an address discrepancy provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee (for example, £10) must be paid to resend the product.
